Senior Account Executive - Toronto Office

Incentaclick Media Group is looking for a Sr. Account Executive to expend our business development team. The ideal candidate will have a min. of 2+ years of online advertising or related sales experience. This position offers a solid base salary a highly aggressive commission structure.

The position is full-time with healthcare benefits and vacation time. Incentaclick Media is only interested in individuals that are available to work in our Toronto, Ontario facility during normal working hours.

Preferred skills:

Proven sales experience.
2+ years of relevant experience.
Understanding of online media and/or CPA/Affiliate programs.
Strong negotiation skills.
Internet savvy with understanding of online marketing.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Excellent communication skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized and excellent time management.
Positive outlook and ability to influence and persuade others in a positive manner.
Ability to organize, meet task on short deadline, multi-task and have effective work ethics.
Ability to prospect, and use online research tools.

Main Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities with direct marketers, online advertisers and ad agencies.
Establish and cultivate relationships with existing clients.
Address incoming sales inquires and provide information on the services we offer.
Negotiate with advertisers to improve rates and payment terms.
Occasional Travel to trade shows in Vegas, NY and SF.
Expand relationships and up sell clients on services offered.
Build and maintain an intimate knowledge of online advertising and affiliate marketing industry developments so to spot trends and opportunities.
